Started small. Built here.
I’m Carlos, the person behind HZ Archive. I run this online jewelry store from Brownsville, Texas—from choosing pieces and keeping inventory to packing orders and answering your questions.
How it started
HZ Archive began in August 2025 with fragrances, clothing, and straightforward reselling. I wanted to earn extra money and learn how to build a business of my own.
Jewelry came through family. My uncle had taken on a jewelry business in Mexico and offered me the opportunity to start selling. With my mom’s support, we made a small first investment in jewelry. That’s where this part of the business began.
The name has family roots too: it brings together my cousin Hector’s first name and my family name. Today, I run the store myself.
The care behind your order
I source finished jewelry, try samples myself, and check the pieces for quality when deciding what to carry. I hold inventory and pack orders personally. I want to know the jewelry I’m offering so I can give you useful, honest answers about it.
If you have a question about a piece, its materials, or how to care for it, you can reach me directly. If something isn’t right with your order, please get in touch so I can understand what happened and help.
Brownsville is home
My first sale was in Matamoros, Mexico. Today, I’m building HZ Archive from Brownsville, with pride in where I’m from. I want this business to be one more way people get to know the Rio Grande Valley and the people building something here.
We’re online for now, with local delivery by arrangement in the RGV, including Brownsville, Harlingen, and McAllen. There’s no public storefront—please contact me to confirm delivery availability, timing, and any fee before ordering.
My approach is simple: be honest, be respectful, and take care of the people who trust me with their order.
