Returns within 14 days

Contact HZ Archive within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Eligible pieces must be unworn and in their original condition. Please include your order number and wait for return instructions before sending your item.

Earrings

Earrings are final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Return postage and refunds

Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will issue the approved refund to the original payment method and notify you. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can help. The final-sale exclusion does not limit any rights you have for faulty or misdescribed goods under applicable law.
